Services are provided to business customers only. We do not offer services for personal or domestic use.
3. How to Place an Order
All service orders are initiated by submitting an enquiry via our website contact form, email, or telephone. No service is confirmed until we have:
- Provided you with a written or verbal quote;
- Received your acceptance of that quote; and
- Confirmed the booking in writing (email is sufficient).
No payment is processed through this website. All invoicing is handled separately following completion of the service or as agreed in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted on our website are indicative starting prices excluding VAT. Final prices are confirmed at the time of quotation and depend on consignment details, route, weight, volume, and scheduling.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT will be added where applicable.
5. Delivery and Fulfilment
Delivery timescales are agreed at the point of booking. We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery windows but cannot guarantee delivery times where delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to: road conditions, traffic, weather, third-party carrier delays, or force majeure events).
Risk in goods passes to the recipient upon delivery. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from delivery delays unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a confirmed booking by notifying us in writing (email) as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled collection: no charge.
- 24–48 hours before scheduled collection: 25% of the agreed service fee.
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled collection: up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: up to 100% of the agreed service fee.
7. Refunds and Disputes
If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
We will investigate all complaints promptly and respond within 5 business days of receipt. Where a service has demonstrably not been delivered and we are at fault, we will offer either:
- A credit note or partial refund proportionate to the failure; or
- Re-performance of the service at no additional charge.
Refunds are not available for services that have been successfully completed as agreed. The Company does not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit beyond the limit agreed in any separate carrier agreement or the standard CMR Convention limits where applicable.
To raise a dispute or request a refund, contact: [email protected].
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any single service shall not exceed the value of the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
